Edgar's Tree Removal Services

About Edgar's Tree Removal Services

West of Gilroy the road climbs Hecker Pass through oak and madrone, and down on the flats Uvas Creek runs a line of cottonwood green through the middle of town. Edgar's Tree Removal Services works both sides of that divide: orchard leftovers, valley oaks, big pines planted too near a house. Removal is the heart of it, taken down in sections when there is no room to drop anything, with the ground raked before the truck leaves. Trimming and pruning come first whenever a tree can be kept, weight off the long limbs, deadwood out, the crown set for the wind that comes over the ridge each afternoon. After a storm, cleanup means the driveway is open and the fence line is clear, and nobody has to look at the mess another day.
