About Tomas Cruz Gardening

First light near the Haster basin on the north end of Garden Grove, and the lawns are still holding dew carried in on marine air from a coast eight miles off. Tomas Cruz Gardening starts there, mowing while it's cool, edging the walks, trimming the fence lines and blowing the drive clean before the street is properly awake. Weeds get pulled, hedges get evened up, and the green waste rides out with the truck. By breakfast the yard is finished and nobody had to think about it. That is the satisfaction of this trade — arrive early, leave a place better, keep moving.
