About Vic's Gardening and Landscape Services

There is an hour on a July evening in Galt when the sprinklers come on all down the block at once and the whole street smells briefly of wet grass and warm concrete. Vic's Gardening and Landscape Services works toward that hour — lawns mowed at a height that will carry the heat, edges cut clean where turf meets walk, hedges and shrubs shaped back so the beds keep their outline. Trimming finishes the fence lines and the awkward strips, and the clippings leave with the crew. When the season turns and the leaves drop, the cleanup follows on the same footing. A garden and lawn kept in step through a Central Valley summer is a fine thing to come home to.
