About Ruiz Lawn Care 559 LLC

Tule fog settles over the valley in January and Clinton Avenue vanishes a block at a time, headlights crawling, the whole city gone quiet and damp. Ruiz Lawn Care 559 LLC keeps working that season too, because grass slows here but never truly stops, and a yard left alone until March becomes a far harder day. Mow, edge, run the trimmer along the fence line, clean up after — the same list in the fog as in the heat, only at a different tempo. When the fog finally lifts in February the Sierra stands up on the eastern skyline as if it had been waiting there all along, and the lawns are ready for the view. The 559 is home, and the route reads like a map of it.
