About Landscaping & lawn care Fortuna CA Eel River Lawn Care

The Eel runs wide past Fortuna, jade-green over its gravel bars in summer, brown and businesslike after the winter rains, and the valley it carved is why the grass here grows so well. Eel River Lawn Care is named for that river and works its flat: mowing lawns that the damp coastal air keeps growing nearly all year, edging walks, trimming hedges, clearing each season's debris. Fog drifts up the valley most mornings and burns off by noon, which makes for two kinds of light and one long working day. There is a satisfaction particular to this place — a trim green yard with the river low and glinting beyond it. The service covers Fortuna and the river towns around it, from Rio Dell down to Loleta.
