About Cain Brothers Inc.

Foresthill sits on a high ridge with river canyons falling away on either side — the North Fork of the American to one hand, the Middle Fork to the other — and the lawns up here grow in the company of ponderosa pines. Cain Brothers Inc. works that divide, mowing and edging yards where the morning sun comes in low through the trees and the air still smells of bark and cut grass. Summer on the ridge is dry and bright, and a green, well-kept lawn reads like a small act of stubbornness against it. They handle the mowing, the trimming, and the seasonal cleanups that keep pine needles from claiming every corner. When the work is done and the lines are straight, a Foresthill yard looks the way the town feels: unhurried, high up, and cared for.
