The No. 2 Patrol

About The No. 2 Patrol

Most of the real yard work in Folsom happens where the street never sees it: past the side gate, behind the fence, out in the back where the dog runs a path along the boards and the soccer goal leans in the corner. The No. 2 Patrol works those back lots, mowing the worn stretches, trimming tight along the fence line, clearing whatever a week collects. It is not showpiece landscaping; it is the patch of grass a household actually stands on when the evening finally cools. Done right, the lawn is even underfoot, the edges are honest, and nothing at all is left behind on it. That is the entire ambition, repeated week after week across town.
