About MTZ Landscaping & construction

Half of Fallbrook is built on a grade, which means a yard here usually has to be made before it can be kept. MTZ Landscaping & construction does that making — shaping and grading ground, setting borders and structures, building the bones of a property — and then stays on for the mowing, edging, trimming and cleanups that keep it looking finished. Water moves fast on these slopes in a February storm, so how a yard is put together decides how it comes through. Getting the ground right the first time saves years of patching afterward. The reward is a level, planted, mown space where there used to be raw dirt.
