Gradin Land Management

About Gradin Land Management

Climb toward Kneeland on a summer morning and you break through the top of the fog into hard sun, with the whole gray lid of it lying over Eureka and the bay behind you. Gradin Land Management works the bigger ground on both sides of that line — mowing pasture edges and wide lawns, knocking back brush along fences and access roads, and keeping the growth off gates, culverts and outbuildings. Nearer the houses the work tightens into clean edges, trimmed borders and cleared debris. Everything cut is gathered and taken away rather than left to gray out in the grass. A property that has been mown and cleared reads open again, and that is the result worth driving up for.
