About Tommy's Landscaping and Design

Old Escondido keeps its bungalows and its deep front porches, and in late spring the lawns there are small, square and completely on display. Tommy's Landscaping and Design treats those yards as the front rooms they really are: cut even, edged along the walk, trimmed at the porch skirt, swept clean before anyone leaves. A small lawn hides nothing, which makes it a good measure of the work. A few blocks over, the same care goes onto newer streets with wider grass and the very same expectations. Escondido's older neighborhoods and the ones spreading out past them fill the days.
