Active Lawn Care

About Active Lawn Care

Late in the day at Kit Carson Park the shadow of the hills crosses the ball fields early and the whole valley cools at once. Active Lawn Care keeps its mowing rounds moving through the neighborhoods nearby — cutting, edging along drives and curbs, trimming shrubs back off the windows, sweeping the walks down. Grass in Escondido follows its own calendar: fast under the winter rains, slow and stubborn in August, and the route bends to match it. A lawn striped even from fence to fence with nothing left scattered on the concrete is the thing worth doing well. Then it is next week, and the whole pleasant argument starts over.
