About Velàzquez Landscaping & Construction

In June the jacarandas over Cardiff-by-the-Sea let go all at once, the streets go purple underfoot, and the sky stays soft grey until noon. Velàzquez Landscaping & Construction is out working in that low light — forming a walkway, setting pavers, stacking a block wall to hold a slope, trenching irrigation, then planting into it and rolling sod across the finished grade. Once it is built they keep it: mowing, edging, hedge work, cleanups, so nobody has to hand the yard off to strangers halfway through. Construction and green work in the same hands is why the drain falls the right way and the plants get room to grow into. Sweep the concrete, coil the hose, and hand back a yard that already looks lived in.
