About Pro Earth Landscape Inc

October turns the wind around in Encinitas — it comes down off the inland hills hot and dry, and the bluffs above the old flower ground at Encinitas Ranch go the color of a paper bag. Pro Earth Landscape Inc works that stretch hardest: cutting back, hauling out, opening the soil and feeding it, putting in plants chosen for a slope that will get four months of rain and eight months of nothing. Mowing, edging and trimming carry the ordinary weeks, and mulch goes down thick to hold whatever the ground has managed to keep. A yard built that way doesn't panic in a dry autumn; it just keeps going, and it greens up first when the rain finally arrives. The ground is the whole business here, and it gets treated that way.
