About Vidal's Gardening & Landscaping

By August the San Gabriel Valley holds its heat long past sundown, and El Monte cools slowly, the way a stone does. We start early for that reason, mowers moving while the grass is still damp and the streets out toward Peck Road are quiet. The routine is simple and it does not vary: a cut at the height that shades its own roots, edges chased back off the concrete, trimming along the fence line and around the sprinkler heads, weeds lifted from the beds, clippings collected and gone. Evening comes, the water ticks on, and the lawn drinks it instead of losing it to bare dirt. Vidal's Gardening & Landscaping keeps lawns green across El Monte and the towns that border it.
