EVERARDO'S TREE CARE

About EVERARDO'S TREE CARE

February rain softens the ground around Peck Road Water Conservation Park, and the herons out on the water stand like they own the place. EVERARDO'S TREE CARE knows those wet weeks are when El Monte's trees admit their weaknesses: a leaning trunk, a limb hinged on nothing but bark. Pruning at the right moment keeps a small problem small, and trimming takes weight off the side of a tree that hangs over the driveway. Some trees have gone too far, and removal is the kind thing, done cleanly enough that the yard feels bigger afterward instead of wounded. After a storm, the cleanup is measured in ordinary things: a gate that swings again, a sidewalk you can roll a stroller down.
