About Summit Landscape CO.

Sunrise reaches the ridges of El Dorado Hills long before it reaches the valley floor, spilling down the blue-oak grassland while fog still lies low toward Sacramento. Summit Landscape CO. works lawns through the whole foothill swing of the year — the sudden emerald flush that follows the February rains, and the long dry stretch after, when the delta breeze at dusk is the only relief anyone gets. The work is mowing and edging, string trimming along fences and mailbox posts, fertilization and weed control, and the seasonal cleanups that carry a yard from one turn of weather to the next. There is real satisfaction in the finish: a stripe laid straight across a Serrano front lawn, an edge cut clean against the concrete, every clipping blown off the walk before the truck pulls away. Up here the grass has to earn its green, and a lawn kept even and sharp against all that tawny country reads like a small, deliberate act of care.
