About Turfworx

Interstate 8 runs straight through the middle of El Cajon, and off both sides of it are the ordinary yards that nobody photographs and everybody lives in. Turfworx takes care of those — mowing on a schedule, edging drives and walks, trimming around the trees and the mailbox post, carrying the cuttings out. Summer here is a test of any lawn: hot, cloudless weeks that ask a great deal of the grass and of whoever mows it. Cut at the right height and kept honest at the borders, turf comes through it fine. Pulling away from a finished yard at midday with the lines still showing is reason enough to like the trade.
