About Emerald Landscaping Inc.

After a December storm, Forester Creek runs and the whole valley smells like wet sage and warm asphalt, and within two weeks a green haze has crept over the brown hills. Emerald Landscaping Inc. works with that swing — cutting on a closer schedule through the wet months, then shifting to weed control and water-minded upkeep as the ground dries. Every visit includes mowing, edging, string trimming and cleanup, while fertilizing, aeration and overseeding land at the points in the year when a lawn can actually use them. The aim is turf that stays even in color instead of going patchy where the sun sits longest. Green is in the name, and out here it has to be earned month by month.
