About B&J Landscaping

February is the month the Chino Hills west of Eastvale go green all at once, and every lawn in town wants to do the same thing after a good rain. B&J Landscaping reads that window the way a farmer reads it — the ground soft, the weeds fast, the grass ready to be brought back into line. Their days run to mowing and edging, cutting back overgrowth, clearing the beds, and keeping the irrigation doing its job before the long dry months arrive. Winter here is short and generous, and the yards that get worked in it are the ones still standing tall in August. There is real pleasure in the last pass of the day, when the mower shuts off and the lines run clean from the curb to the fence.
