About Ellwood Landscape & Construction

The Eastern Goleta Valley climbs gently from the ocean flats into the first folds of the Santa Ynez Mountains, and its yards climb with it — terraced lots, sloped lawns, gardens that lean toward the view. Ellwood Landscape & Construction keeps that tilted ground in order: turf mowed and edged on the level stretches, slopes cleared and weeded, borders held firm against the hillside's ambitions. Winter rain comes down off the peaks fast here, so cleanups after a storm are part of the trade. On clear days the crew works with the ridge at its back and the channel glittering below. Few places make maintenance feel this much like caretaking a vista.
