About Heights Landscape Inc.

Up on the City Terrace ridge the yards run sideways — short terraced runs of grass, retaining walls, steps where a path would be, and downtown standing in the haze past the rooftops. Heights Landscape Inc. works that grade throughout East Los Angeles: mowing slopes and level ground alike, edging along walls and stairs, trimming hedges and shrubs, clearing weeds off the banks, checking irrigation where water would rather run downhill, and hauling out everything that comes off. Hillside work is carrying tools up and debris down, and drawing the line straight regardless. Finished, a terrace reads as one clean green shelf above the street. The view was always up there; now the yard is worthy of it.
