About Ramsey Landscaping

Autumn in Dutch Flat shows up in the black oaks first, their leaves going bronze above the town's nineteenth-century storefronts and houses. Ramsey Landscaping does landscaping and lawn care in this small mountain town, where a garden has to make peace with steep lots, deep shade and browsing deer. Fall is cleanup season: leaves raked off the grass, beds cut back, the last mowing done before the first cold nights. There is real pride in that kind of ending, a yard laid down neat for winter so it wakes ready in spring. Walk the winding lanes in October and you can pick out the places that got the attention.
