About Vizcay Landscaping

Nine o'clock on a July evening and the sky out past Pedrick Road is still holding a band of orange; sprinklers are going in half the yards on the block. Vizcay Landscaping builds its days around that long Dixon light — mowing before the heat, edging drives and walkways, trimming what the mower leaves, and sweeping every clipping off the concrete. In a valley summer a lawn is a small act of insistence, and keeping one even and green takes a steady hand on the schedule. The reward comes at dusk, when the yard is cool and cut and someone is standing out in it. That is what the work is actually for.
