About Daly City Tree Services

Most afternoons the fog comes over the ridge from the ocean and pours down into the streets below Skyline, and the trees on these hillsides grow up into it — wind-leaned, salt-rinsed, stubborn about staying. Daly City Tree Services works the narrow side yards and steep back lots where a branch has crept over the gutter since the last dry stretch. Trimming to lift a canopy off the eaves, pruning that respects the shape the wind already gave a tree, removal when a trunk has gone hollow, storm damage cleanup after a winter front pushes in hard off the Pacific. A hillside yard put back in order has a particular look to it: nothing overhanging, nothing left in the path, the long view down the slope reopened. That is the part worth doing right, on every block from Westlake to the San Bruno Mountain side of town.
