About Terraview Landscaping LLC

Morning in the Baldwin Hills arrives under a gray lid, the marine layer sitting low over Culver City until the sun finally works a hole in it. Terraview Landscaping LLC is out before that happens, mowing the sloped yards up around Blair Hills while the grass still holds the night's damp and the air smells like eucalyptus and wet asphalt. Every pass is set straight and every border is cut clean along the driveway, so when the haze lifts the lawn reads as one green plane from the street. Hedges get shaped, beds get weeded, and the clippings leave with the crew instead of washing down toward Ballona Creek. Through the long rainless stretch from May to October they keep the irrigation timers honest, because that is what a Westside yard lives on. Ordinary work, done the same way each visit, and it shows all the way from the top of the hill.
