About True Tree Service LLC

The winter gales that come ashore near Point St. George arrive with a whole ocean's running start, and Crescent City's shore pines and spruces take the brunt of them. True Tree Service LLC works in that wind-carved canopy: trimming limbs before the storms can claim them, clearing what the big blows bring down, keeping trees and rooflines on speaking terms. There is a craft to reading a coastal tree — which lean is character and which is warning. Under the branches, the ground work follows: brush cleared, yards kept open and walkable. On this coast a well-kept tree is not decoration; it is an agreement with the wind, renewed each year.
