About Benavidez Inc

Cotati mornings come in gray more often than not — the fog pushing up from the Petaluma Gap, beading on every blade of grass in town. Benavidez Inc starts in that cool, working the lawns while the moisture still softens the ground, and by the time the sun burns through around eleven the day's first yards are already cut and edged. This is generous grass country; the winter rains keep Sonoma County green for months and the mowing hardly pauses. Their rounds cover mowing, trimming, weed control, and the big seasonal cleanups that keep a small yard from feeling smaller. They work Cotati and its neighbors — Rohnert Park, Penngrove, Petaluma — one tidy lot at a time.
