About Vargas Landscaping

First light on a Saturday, and Compton is quiet enough that you can hear a mower start three streets over. Vargas Landscaping is already loaded — mowing, edging, hand weeding along the fence lines, hedge trimming, seasonal cleanup, and the planting that gives a yard something to look at besides grass. This is a flat city under a wide sky, palms standing along the avenues and lawns that ask for attention nearly every week of the year. By the time families are drifting toward Gonzales Park, the front yards along the route are cut, squared off and blown clean. A small thing done right, week after week, is how a neighborhood keeps its shoulders back.
