About Tejeda's Tree & Landscaping Services

For a few weeks in late spring the jacarandas let go all at once and half of Compton's sidewalks go purple underfoot. Tejeda's Tree & Landscaping Services spends those days up in the canopy — trimming, pruning and shaping the street trees and backyard shade that make a flat, sun-hard city livable. Down at ground level the work continues with mowing, edging, hedge trimming and green-waste haul-off, so a property reads as one finished piece instead of a neat lawn under a tangled tree. Good pruning is mostly restraint: take what crowds, keep the shape the tree was already reaching for. By evening the branches are chipped, the driveway is swept, and the shade falls exactly where the house needs it in August.
