About Wigton & Son Excavation

Spring runoff turns the creeks below Colfax loud, and the red clay in every yard up here goes from brick-hard to boot-grabbing in a single wet week. Wigton & Son Excavation cuts lawns on that ground — mowing, string trimming, edging along gravel and concrete, and hauling yard debris off so the grass can breathe again. Foothill soil is stubborn and shallow, and a lawn that survives it has earned a proper cut instead of a scalping. We work Colfax and the roads out toward Iowa Hill, Weimar, Applegate and Auburn. Mown even, edged straight, and cleaned up behind us before we go.
