Loom & Leaf Outdoor

About Loom & Leaf Outdoor

The black oaks around Colfax let go all at once in late October, and the madrones shed their curled bark like they are changing clothes. Loom & Leaf Outdoor works in that drift and against it: mowing while the grass still grows, edging where lawn meets gravel and stone, trimming the ragged margins, and raking and carting off the leaf fall before it mats down and smothers the turf. An afternoon spent that way ends with a yard reading as one clean shape under bare branches. We serve Colfax and the neighbors, from Chicago Park to Meadow Vista and out toward Grass Valley. It is plain work, and it shows by spring.
