About Barker Tree Services

At Colfax's elevation the winter storms come in warm and heavy, and the snow that loads a cedar bough weighs far more than the bough was ever built to carry. Barker Tree Services works the aftermath, clearing what came down across the driveways along the old railroad grade, cutting the leaner away from a roofline, hauling the wreckage out of the yard. Ahead of the season the job is pruning and trimming, taking weight off long limbs so the next storm has less to work with. Removals on canyon ground get rigged and lowered rather than dropped, one section at a time. There is little better than a driveway clear and open before the household has to leave in the morning.
