About from the ground up groundskeeping & beyond

Everything in Clearlake starts with the ground itself — old volcanic soil, dark and stubborn, laid down long before anyone thought to plant a lawn on it. from the ground up groundskeeping & beyond takes the name literally, working from the dirt upward: soil-level bed care, grass brought along at its roots, the underpinnings of a yard tended before the surface is polished. The visible part follows naturally — mowing, edging, tidy beds — but the difference is in what happens below. A lawn kept from the ground up holds its green longer into the dry months, and around this lake the dry months are the true test. It is patient work, and patience is what the land here rewards.
