About Appears Construction Inc.

After the winter rains, the Puente Hills above the City of Industry turn briefly, gloriously green — a reminder that even the busiest corridor in the San Gabriel Valley sits in living country. Appears Construction works the grounds down below: business-park frontages, entry lawns, and planted borders that give a street of warehouses a human face. The crew handles mowing, trimming, and the cleanup work that keeps commercial and residential properties presentable through the dry months when the hills fade back to brown. A crisp frontage says something about the people behind the door, and that is the standard the work is held to. Appears Construction serves the City of Industry and its neighbors from Whittier to West Covina.
