About Canyon City Gardening

Just north of Citrus, the San Gabriel River spills out of its canyon at Azusa, and the whole valley seems to open from that gate. Canyon City Gardening takes its name from that country and its trade from the yards below it — regular mowing, trimming, and garden upkeep for homes across the eastern San Gabriel Valley. Evenings here are the good hour, when the heat lifts, the foothills turn the color of terracotta, and a watered lawn goes a deeper green. A tidy hedge and a swept walk change how a house greets the street, and that change is the whole point of the day. Citrus, Azusa, Irwindale, and Covina are all close enough to reach before the light goes.
