About VC Landscaping & Designs

In August the crape myrtles along Greenback Lane are throwing pink over the sidewalks and the pavement gives back heat until well after dinner — the deep middle of a Citrus Heights summer, when a lawn either holds or gives up. VC Landscaping & Designs works to keep it holding: mowing at the right height for the heat, edging the walks, trimming what the mower cannot reach, staying ahead of the weeds that thrive on exactly this weather. Feeding and aeration come around in the cooler months, and cleanups clear the way between one season and the next. The result is a yard that still looks intentional in the hardest part of the year, its borders drawn and its color even from curb to fence. Work runs across Citrus Heights and into Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Roseville and Folsom.
