About Ericks Gardening Services

Gardening in Chilcoot is an exercise in patience: frost can linger into June, and the planting window opens late and closes early. Ericks Gardening Services works inside that narrow window, preparing beds, setting plants, and keeping lawns and borders trim once things take hold. Just up the canyon, Little Last Chance Creek tumbles down from Frenchman Lake, and for a brief stretch of early summer the whole country greens. Making the most of that moment is the gardener's art here, so flowers can bloom against a backdrop of sage and stone. On long June evenings, with daylight hanging on until nearly nine, the beds look full and loved.
