Chico Lawn & Yard

About Chico Lawn & Yard

In the Avenues the streets run straight and shady, and every July the crape myrtles come on hot pink above lawns that have to work for it. Chico Lawn & Yard tends those in-town yards the way the neighborhood likes them: cut even, edged along the sidewalk, trimmed close at the tree rings and the fence. Weeds are pulled from the beds and from the strip out by the curb, and hedges are kept back off the windows and the walk. When the leaves finally let go in November, a full cleanup makes the whole place look new. It is a town of front porches, and the front lawn is half of what anybody sees.
