About Amador Landscape Incorporated

Ceres takes its name from the Roman goddess of agriculture, a fitting name for a town ringed by orchards and fields in the heart of Stanislaus County. Amador Landscape Incorporated brings that growing spirit down to the scale of a single property, cutting and edging lawns, shaping plantings and keeping landscapes in order on streets just off Highway 99. Winter can lay tule fog over the valley for days at a time, and a well-shaped yard stands out all the more against the gray. When February comes and the almond orchards outside town break into white blossom, the gardens in Ceres wake up too, and the year's work begins in earnest. Green that is kept, not merely grown, is the kind of harvest this town was named for.
