About Bello's Landscaping

Around two in the afternoon the breeze comes off Agua Hedionda Lagoon and works its way up through the neighborhoods, cool and steady, carrying the sound of paddles and somebody's kid learning to steer. Bello's Landscaping likes that stretch of the day for the finish work — trimming out fence lines, shaping shrubs, edging a bed back into its curve while the heat lets up. Mowing comes earlier; the fussy things come after, when a person can take their time and see straight. A yard done right holds its shape for a week and looks intentional from the street, which is the point. Plain maintenance, done attentively, on the blocks between the lagoon and the freeway.
