Local Roots Tree Service and Stump Grinding

About Local Roots Tree Service and Stump Grinding

Lester Pelton worked out his famous water wheel in Camptonville back in the gold-mining days, and people here have long understood the power of what grows and flows through these mountains. Local Roots Tree Service and Stump Grinding tends the big trees that crowd forested lots, trimming limbs, taking down trees that need to come out and grinding stumps level with the soil. A cleared stump leaves room for grass, a garden bed or simply a path, and a thinned crown lets sun reach a yard that has lived in shadow. Late-afternoon light that once stopped at the treetops finds its way down to the ground again. It is work rooted in the place, just as the name says.
