About Salinas Tree Services

Fog rolls in off the Oxnard plain most evenings and sits over Camarillo until the sun works through around ten, and the lemon groves out toward Santa Rosa Valley go silver in the meantime. Salinas Tree Services works this ground — the tall eucalyptus windrows that have edged too close to houses, the pepper trees and ficus in the older neighborhoods, the canopies that need lifting off a driveway or a tile roof. Removal along a grove edge is a rigging job with lines above and irrigation below, and finishing it without leaving a mark is the point of the day. Pruning belongs to the cool half of the year; trimming happens whenever a limb starts reaching where it shouldn't. When wind comes down the grade and lays a tree across a fence, storm damage cleanup gets it cut, hauled and gone, and hands the yard back whole.
