About Rainbow Landscape .

After a February storm clears, the sun comes in low from the west and a rainbow will sometimes stand over the red-tile roofs and bell tower on the south edge of Camarillo. Rainbow Landscape works the days right after that rain, when the soil is soft, the weeds are eager, and everything planted now will be rooted before the dry season arrives. The work runs from planting and fresh mulch to the ordinary rotation of mowing, edging and trimming that keeps a yard from sliding backward. Color matters here — flowering shrubs staged so something is always in bloom, lawn kept even enough to set the rest off. A yard that looks alive in every month is not luck; it is a plan, tended.
