About Saucedo Gardening & Maintenance

High on the Modoc Plateau, California Pines threads its roads through juniper, sagebrush and ponderosa pine, and a summer morning can start so cold that the dew stiffens to frost on the grass. Saucedo Gardening & Maintenance keeps yards and gardens growing through a short, bright season beneath a sky that runs clear to the Warner Mountains. With a growing window this brief, timing is everything: the mowing, weeding and trimming happen while the grass is willing, and beds are cleaned and readied before the cold returns. A well-kept yard holds a little green against miles of silver sage, and at sunset the contrast is striking. Steady maintenance is what makes a high-desert lot feel like home.
