Highway 299 bends hard above the Trinity River at Burnt Ranch, and from the turnouts the gorge falls away through Douglas fir and madrone toward water the color of green glass. Custom LandScape takes on yards in this steep, rain-fed corner of Trinity County, where level ground is precious and nearly every yard is cut into a hillside.
