Lee's Gardening Services

About Lee's Gardening Services

There is a particular quiet on Burlingame's side streets near Washington Park on a weekday mid-morning — school drop-offs done, commuters gone, just sprinkler hiss and the snip of pruning shears. That is Lee's Gardening Services at work. Theirs is the close-in kind of gardening: hedges trimmed to soft, even lines, roses deadheaded, lawns cut and swept until the sidewalk edge looks drawn with a ruler. Small yards get the same full attention as large ones, because in a town of tidy blocks every front garden is part of the street's shared face. Clients learn their gardener's rhythm the way they know the mail carrier's, and the yard simply stays right. Week by week, without fuss, the garden is kept — which is the oldest and best meaning of the word.
