About Mike's Custom Lawn Services

Down where Riverside Drive bends toward Toluca Lake, the street trees grow big enough to close overhead and the lawns beneath them live half in shade. Mike's Custom Lawn Services handles those conditions with mowing set to the grass rather than the calendar, plus edging, trimming, bed weeding and hauling. Shade lawns thin out, sun lawns scorch, and the same yard often does both — the mower has to know where that line falls. Spring drops magnolia leaves in heavy waxy handfuls no breeze will move on its own, so clearing them is part of every visit. Even, tidy, and nothing left behind on the driveway: that is the whole standard.
