GLEZ TREE SERVICE

About GLEZ TREE SERVICE

When the Santa Anas come down the Verdugo canyons in October, dry and loud, the trees are the first to tell you about it. GLEZ TREE SERVICE meets that wind with pruning, thinning, limb removal, stump work and full takedowns when a tree has finally reached the end of its lean. Eucalyptus, sycamore, pepper and old backyard citrus each fail in their own way, and reading the crown before the saw comes out is most of the job. Work runs from first light into the flat heat of the afternoon, with the driveway swept clear before the truck pulls away. A well-cut tree keeps its shape for years — that is the whole ambition.
