About Flor Property Services

Burbank's apartment blocks hide small courtyards — a strip of lawn, a row of shrubs, a walk from the carport to the door — and those are the spaces Flor Property Services tends. Monday routes start on the streets off Verdugo Avenue, mowers out ahead of the commuters, blowers put away before the heat arrives. Grounds work at this scale is about rhythm: cut, edge, trim, clear, then again next week, so nothing is ever allowed to get away. Residents may never see the crew at all, only the result — a courtyard that looks looked-after on the walk home. In a city built tight against the mountains, those pockets of green do a great deal of work.
