Rent-A-Rake

About Rent-A-Rake

When autumn finally reaches the Santa Ynez Valley, the sycamores along the river let go all at once, and Buellton's lawns disappear under a week of leaves. Rent-A-Rake was named for that moment — the cheerful, unglamorous work of getting a yard back. Rakes, blowers, and tarps come off the truck, and by afternoon the grass is grass again, the beds are visible, and the piles are gone. The rest of the year the same energy goes into mowing, trimming, and the odd-job yard tasks that pile up on a busy household faster than leaves ever could. It is help with a sense of humor and a straight bottom line: you point at the mess, and it stops being one. Simple as a rake, and just as useful.
